Our Managing Director, Jonathan Gardner, says franchise partners are offered wraparound support, and during the pandemic that included support with furlough and landlord negotiations, and helped clinic partners apply for grants.

“We’re always trying to reduce the cost-base for new and future franchise partners, so when they open, they open with a bang,” he says.

“When it comes to support, we do the lot. Our support team more than doubled in the last year, reflecting how seriously we take our responsibilities to our partners.

“I’d describe our support package as wonderful handholding. Jenny Bartlett meets them, Tony Palmer secures the property and deals with the lease, then his team builds the clinic.

“As soon as we give them the keys, they’re in the hands of Lee Walsh, who deals with all the new clinic openings.

“His team is on-site with them, then the training team goes in, and on the day a partner opens they have the Area Manager, Emma Upton, there to support them. It’s really powerful.”

Jonathan adds: “And then they get support with recruitment, finance, and marketing, including access to our Local Area Marketing portal which lets them choose and localise global marketing materials that are proven to work. They can also be targeted to the demographics of each partner’s local community.

“From the moment people start a conversation with us to the minute they sign up as a franchisee, they’re in our 12-week process and talked through every stage.

“That’s how we’ve become the UK market leader, and how we continue to expand rapidly to help franchise partners meet the insatiable demand for our services.”
